Joel Plotner`s truck has come a long way from 4 1/2 years ago! The truck is a 1949 Ford F-1. The cab has been chopped 4 inches and the front end channeled 3 1/2 inches. The front fenders sectioned 3 inches and bobbed at the rear. The side glass is one piece and has a flip front end. The interior is a 1994 Ranger split bench/bucket seat. The steering column is a 1978 Ford truck and has a Painless wiring harness. The engine is a 1968 Ford 302 bored .030 over with a Elderbrock intake with Hooker headers and a Holley carb. The suspension is a 1977 Dodge Volare IFS and a Ford 9 inch rear end lowered.
