Meet our Staff
PASTOR, M. GENE BLAIR - Gene and Shellie Blair met as students at Asbury College in Wilmore, KY. They married there in November of 1987 while still attending school.  In 1998, Gene became Cornerstone's part-time Associate Pastor.  He also served as the Children's Pastor, leading an exciting Children's Minstry at Cornerstone. In April 2002, it was clearly God's plan that Gene become Cornerstone's full time Senior Pastor.

Shellie is currently a full-time stay at home mother and foster parent. Gene and Shellie have served the community as foster parents since 1993. To date, they have been parents to 26 foster children.  In their spare time, Gene and Shellie are contract trainers for foster parents for the State of KY and the Northern KY regional district.   Shellie is also a talented singer and serves as a member of the Cornerstone Praise Team.

Gene and Shellie currently have three children, Kayla, Ashley, and Hunter and a foster son named Isiah.  Kayla enjoys reading and computers. She also has an interest in music, theatre, and missions. Ashley excels at sports activities, girl scouting, dance, and cheerleading.  She is also very good with young children.  Hunter loves trucks, fire trucks, policemen and video games. He is also very good at making people laugh and greeting people. Isiah is the newest addition to the family full of life and happy smiles at 18 months old.

The Blair family is dedicated to serving God.  They feel truly blessed to be a part of the work of Cornerstone and enjoy the emphasis that the church has on becoming a true FAMILY in Christ Jesus.   They are most excited Cornerstone's involvement in ministry to the Chinese in the Northern Kentucky area, and outreach to the needs of the community.

SECRETARY, CAROL KITTLE - Carol is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky and has been a member of our church for most of her life. Carol is the mother of three grown sons, Allan Jr., Kevin and Jamie. She also has two grand-daughters, Alysha and Kaitlyn . Carol wears many hats at Cornerstone as she serves as our secretary. In addition to her regular secretarial duties, she works in the Nursery and plays a major role in preparation and planning for our Fellowship Dinners. She has a wonderful personal ministry to our congregation in sending cards and letters on birthdays, when we are sick or just to let us know we are missed. We are very blessed by Carol's generous, giving spirit as she serves as Cornerstone's Church Secretary.

Many of the ministries and tasks at Cornerstone are accomplished through the gifts, talents and commitment of members of the congregation. We can't introduce you to all of those people here, but we would like to acknowledge the importance of everyone at Cornerstone Church of God.

Romans 12:5-6...so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us.
