A good idea is to begin with a warm-up clinic that focuses attention on your guest participants with a relaxing and inspirational talk for your group as a whole and with personalized assistance on the practice range as each individual is warming up for the round.
Your itinerary for the event can include a memorable type of game and friendly competition that features fixed teams, individual play or rotating pairings through the round. Presentation materials, accumulative mind puzzles and discovery surprises can carry a motivational theme to your management team or deliver marketing messages to your client guests.
